Started
What is the procedure for signing up for your services?
If it is a straightforward project, we can typically provide a quote ASAP (within 1 business day). From there, we’ll need your audio or video to transcribe as well as complete billing information.
For larger projects and accounts, we usually start with a discovery call, followed by a short exploration phase where we work with you to define the project scope and services we can help you with. We’ll then proceed to share our cost estimate, prepare a contract and schedule kickoff calls with our teams. Once the paperwork is complete, we get to work!
Do you have a set price for service?
Our pricing structures are designed to be industry competitive, transparent, and fair.
For projects or one-time transcription, rates range from $2.49 to $3.49 per minute, depending on the number of speakers and level of quality assurance requested. Volume discounts may apply.
For certified legal transcription, rates begin at $30 per man hour and $300-$350 per audio hour.
For ongoing or medical accounts, we offer clients a number of different dynamic billing options to fit your budget, including fixed project fees, hourly rates, and monthly retainers for both transcription and administrative services.

How long does it typically take before I receive my completed order?
We make sure your project is in top shape when we deliver it. We typically return finished files within 24 hours of receipt (or sooner), and if you need more than this for complex or ongoing work, let us know what type of SLA sounds good!
What can I expect in terms of quality?

Do you offer legal transcription services?

Can you add a time-stamp to my files?
We offer timestamp services, costing $0.20 per audio minute and up!
Do you provide translations from different languages?
Yes! At the moment you are able to order Spanish audio or video transcription and/or translation.
